We had a great feast at Residence Grand Bleuon Saturday November 29, 2008!

Great to have our friends together to celebrate and to use (at least once a year!) all our tables, chairs, plates, glasses and utensils. Thanks to everyone who provided the many necessary moving parts, this was truly a communal experience in the spirit of Thanksgiving. For our Swiss and French guests, it was their first Thanksgiving but not their last. It would have taken far too long (and our food would have otten cold) to go around the table asking what each person is thankful for, but everyone seemed to find plenty to speak with to their neighbors. Maybe we will create a poster or mural project to capture and share "thankful" thoughts with one another. Thank you to all!! Oh, and the weekend continued on Sunday with the opening of the 2008-2009 ski season for Greg and Brigitte.
