On the 26th at the Tompson-Boling Arena at 7:30 p.m. the Awards Ceremony.

The Arena is full of people, more than 8000 contestants, waiting with anticipation.
Begining of the Awards for Mystery Loves Company
They finished 13th out of 51 teams but they got a
DaVinci Award !! Nominated by: Mystery Loves Company Secondary Level Instant Challenge Appraiser Team Reason for the Award: This team created a horizontal web within a frame of vertical hooks. Although not successful, the approach demonstrated outstanding creative problem solving ability and a willingness to take great risks. Recipient: Mystery Loves Company Secondary Team Imagination Threatre, Placerville, CaliforniaOnly five DaVinci awards were granted and there were 831 teams competing at the finals.
DaVinci awards are given:
"For those who clearly demonstrate that spirit of adventurous risk-taking to reach truly new and unique destinations."
