Our first spring rolls

This was our first real Vietnamese meal: spring rolls, and they are quite different that those deep fried tasties we get at American Chinese food restaurants. They are cold most of the time and consist of those fresh greens on the left, and some sort of meat; it is then dipped in fish sauce (if your tastebuds be bold).
