THIS is a traditional Vietnamese activity: squatting. It entails squatting, or even pulling up tiny chairs to a table fit for toddlers, and sipping some fantastic jasmine iced tea and flavorful iced coffee. Or if you don't know what to order, do like me and order a coconut, young enough that the milk is more like sugar water, and the meat of the coconut is like, well, slugs. It was a learning experience:)
