It was sad that there was not any snow (except what had been brought in for the balloons to be laid out on) but otherwise conditions were optimal for the opening ceremonies of the 29th annual Hot Air Balloon festival. Brigitte was invited to participate on the "ground level" this year. She took many fabulous photos!
