We can see the Dents de Valerette and Valere from our balcony and

the conditions seemed favorable so we headed up for a day hike.

We got to the first peak before we turned back. Although at the end it

seems from photos to be clear, it poured shortly after we got on the bus

heading back to Monthey. It was short but still 4+ hours and a 800 m climb.
